Fenugreek!
I saw a lovely looking bunch of this at the grocery store yesterday. I’ve never seen it before, but I’ve eaten it in a yummy Persian dish called Sabzi (you can buy it in a can - maybe I should add some to my earthquake kit, it’s so yummy).
I like buying new veggies and seeing what I can do with them. I know, I’m so wild and crazy.
Isn’t it pretty? It kind of looks like clover.
I’m going to try frying it up with garlic, onion, eggplant, ground beef and some lemon juice. Should be tasty on rice. I’ll try to remember to post a picture/recipe if it works out :)
