Buckwheat pancakes topped with stewed vanilla peaches and a dollop of vanilla yogurt
I need more pancakes in my life. These were so yummy! The peaches were the last of the harvest I’d frozen from our peach tree last year. I stewed them with sugar, vanilla, and a little bit of rum.
